Hammond Group, Inc. is proud to announce that Bobby Lucas, President and CEO and Brad Bisaillon, Vice President, have been selected as recipients of Battery Council International’s (BCI) inaugural NextGen Leadership Award.
The new award, established in partnership with BEST Magazine, recognizes rising leaders who are helping shape the future of the battery industry. The inaugural class celebrates early- and mid-career professionals across manufacturing, technology, and commercial roles whose contributions are advancing innovation, safety, and growth throughout the energy storage industry.
Lucas and Bisaillon were among 30 professionals representing 20 organizations worldwide selected for this inaugural honor. Recipients were nominated by their colleagues and peers for demonstrating the leadership, vision, and commitment expected to help guide the battery industry into the future.
